Mike Trimarco’s Own Route

Mike Trimarco has enjoyed success both in terms of his academic achievements and in his professional career before quitting a successful career in the financial industry to become his own boss. He has also enjoyed incredible success in this entrepreneurial path and in just over a decade has built the country’s largest TV dealership. While many people struggle down the path from a successful education to a successful professional career, Mike Trimarco’s own route was a road seemingly paved in gold with successes littered throughout the period.

Mike Trimarco’s outstanding educational achievements began with a Bachelors in Science from Cornell University in New York before progressing to include an MBA from prestigious Harvard University. Harvard is well known and widely respected as being one of the most prestigious business schools in the world but even success here does not necessarily translate to success out in the real world. However, it did translate seamlessly for Mike Trimarco who initially enjoyed incredible success in the financial field working for firms like GE Capital and Lehman Brothers Trading.

In 1999, following a successful although relatively short financial career, Mike Trimarco decided it was time to take on a new challenge. He quit his career and set up as an entrepreneur, working for himself. Again, the transition from successful professional to successful businessman is not one that is guaranteed and the entrepreneurial route is certainly one littered with obstacles and potential hazards. However, in the space of a decade Mike Trimarco once again showed he had what it takes with successes in the technology and telecommunications industries and through the establishment of what is America’s largest TV dealer.
